Recap: This past Friday was a special night playing at Freddy’s in Park Slope. (Once we’ve played there five times we promise to do some throwbacks to the classic horror game.) We made some new friends and met some old ones. Big thanks to everyone for bringing the good energy.
Today: We are on the road heading to Bad Seed Cider for our third of three performances there. There’s a chill in the air but it’s not winter yet, so get out on the patio while you still can. See you there for some acoustic grunge.
Looking ahead…
On Tuesday, Oct. 12, we are very excited to be kicking off the Sonic Voyage Fest at Arlene’s Grocery. The lineup is stacked. There’s MILE MARKER ZERO, a quintet out of Western Connecticut with acclaim throughout New England and credits on the videogame Rock Band. Also on the bill is AD ASTRA, a Long Island-based quartet with an impressive resume of prog performances in the Northeast.
Finally, headliners JOE DENINZON AND STRATOSPHEERIUS close things out with their highly acclaimed violin-led progressive rock tapestry. We hear Joe Deninzon has been called the “Jimi Hendrix of electric violin,” and we can’t wait to see him and his band in action.
With all these heavy hitters, it is sure to be a fun night of progressive rock. Tickets available here. See you Tuesday at the Grocery.
